| Qualifications: |
Applicants should be efficient, high-energy, and comfortable with technology. Requirements include at least a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or EC Special Education, and experience working in early childhood education and with children with disabilities and their families. Applicants with no EC background will not be considered.

| Position Description: |
Full-time Case Manager for children with disabilities ages B-2. Assists families through the Childfind process, facilitates team meetings, and writes service plans. Will travel throughout the county and coordinate with providers and community agencies. |
