Prepares proposals and solicits bids for system needs. Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules based on identified needs. Manage department personnel including building Technicians. Provides professional development opportunities for support staff. Drafts applications and proposals to submit to fund granting authorities. Design and implement computer networks suitable for educational settings. |
