ABC Physical Therapy is a therapist owned practice that presently contracts with school systems in southern New Hampshire. We are currently looking for a physical therapist to work part/full time. The staff of ABCPT provides physical therapy to special needs students as part of their Individual Education Plan. Our students range in age from 3-22 years old and have a wide variety of physical and educational abilities. We work directly with an exciting and experienced educational team to maximize the student’s ability to access the school environment and participate more fully in the school curriculum. Therapy services are provided directly and through consultation. The hours/days worked per week can be flexible. The school day typically runs from 7:30 to 3:00. We observe all the major holidays with an additional week off in February and April.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: evaluation, treatment, consultation and completion of IEP’s and related educational documentation, regular staff meetings to review caseload.
The ideal candidate will have some prior experience, be able to work independently and love working with kids and expert educational teams. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of pediatrics.
