Special Education Technician I

To provide instructional and non-instructional duties with indirect professional supervision.
The nature of this position is to work with the teacher, content specialist, and/or supervisor in planning and implementing instructional activities for students.
Qualification:
- Maine DOE, Educational Technician I certification
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials.
- Assist in drill and practice activities.
- Maintain the same high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information as is expected of fully licensed teachers.
- Participate in in-service training, as assigned.
