We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in our childrens residence and alongside our school-based BCBA. We are a K-12 Programs for students with multiple disabilities. Responsibilities will include conducting assessments, planning and monitoring behavior interventions and developing and reviewing behavior treatment plans. The BCBA will provide support and training to the staff, including RBT's and BHPs. The BCBA will attend regular team meetings with residential and school staff and assist in data collection as well as analysis and interpretation of data collected. This position works in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to develop appropriate ISP goals, objectives and interventions to assist in effective programming for students in the least restrictive manner.
General Requirements
Must be licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the State of Maine.
Minimum of two years of BCBA experience working with students ages 3–20 years old with developmental disabilities.
Educational Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Psychology, Special Education or related field, and BCBA certification.
Hours
Flexible afternoon shift (12-8) with flexibility to work no more than 2 weekend shifts per month.
