Toddler Teacher 

First Lutheran Children’s Program, a NAEYC accredited program, is currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and exceptional full-time toddler teacher.  The appropriate candidate will be responsible for creating a loving, caring, safe and nurturing environment for children ages 9 months -2 years.   The successful candidate must be passionate about working with toddlers. They must be patient, organized, take initiative, and enjoy the outdoors.  Experience and willingness to work in a team environment and effective communications skills with children, co-workers and families are essential to this position.

The ideal candidate with a CDA, Associate or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience is preferred but not necessary.                                                                                                         

This is a 12-month, 40 hour per week position.  This position begins in (August 2022).

Salary is negotiable with education and experience.
