The CNA Supervisor/Developmental Trainer provides direct care to Spurwink residents and assists with nursing tasks as required to meet residents' needs. Works as a team with other DTs in the program to promote the concept of normalization and role models appropriate behavior. The DT maintains a working knowledge of all consumers' habilitation plan and is an active participant in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of habilitation plans. The DT also has knowledge of all basic nursing duties as outlined in RA and DTA job descriptions. This position is full-time second shift.

QUALIFICATIONS:
C.N.A. AND 30 credit hours towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 40 hours in-service training. OR C.N.A. and Associate's degree in a related field. OR C.N.A. and 4 years full-time experience with 160 hours in-service training, at least 40 of which were in the last year and High School Diploma/GED.
