2022-23 School Year Opening
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The Hermon School Department is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide BCBA services district wide 2 -3- days per month

• Must hold current Maine State Criminal History Records Check
• Must be certified as a BCBA by the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Have a master’s degree with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology or related field, and have completed the BCBA approved coursework
• Experience teaching in special education preferred
• Must have experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Must have strong communication skills
• Have a strong ability to work effectively with the child’s IEP team
• Efficient and able to collect, and report on behavioral data
• Able to design, develop and help support efficient and effective PBIPs
• Provide behavioral training to staff
