Description:
Instruct high school athletes in the development of skills and teamwork while instilling sports ethics, rules and safety. Develop a strong team environment, which includes respect for the school, opponents, officials and the community.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the sport through participation, clinics, and / or previous coaching experience
- Criminal History Records Check (fingerprinting) through the Maine Department of Education is required
- Coaching certificate through the Maine Principals Association
- First aid and CPR training
All interested candidates should submit:
- A completed RSU 73 Coaching application
- Three letters of recommendation
- CHRC certification documentation with Coaching certificate and training cards for CPR and First Aid
