North Yarmouth Academy seeks a full-time Ice Arena Assistant. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Experience with skate sharpening and Zamboni driving is a plus but not required. Includes evening and weekend shifts for a total of 40 hours per week. The position is benefits eligible.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining a quality sheet of ice
- Safe and efficient driving and cleaning of the Zamboni Ice Resurfacer
- Assist with daily activities, keeping on schedule
- Skate sharpening
- Maintain arena’s cleanliness to optimal levels
- Exhibit superior customer service skills
- Performs other related duties as directed by the Rink Manager
