Suitable candidate must have 282 certification through the Maine Department of Education. Previous experience programming and planning for academic, social/emotional, and mental health needs of middle school students with disabilities is preferred. The candidate should have previous experience working with students with academic and behavioral needs and should be able or willing to learn how to write IEP's in a timely manner. The candidate should be able to lead a day treatment team of educational technicians and service providers to ensure the IEP is followed.
