093 Certification and MS in Psychology Required
Doctoral Level Preferred

The school psychologist:
-Assesses learning, development, and emotional characteristics and needs of students, along with the environmental factors that affect learning;
-Communicates effectively with students, parents, and school staff;
-Helps students understand their learning needs and styles; and, 
-Applies ethics and standards of professional practice in the delivery of school psychological services and observes relevant laws and policies that govern practice.
