Candidates should have experience working with students with an array of disabilities, including PDD and Autism. Spurwink provides a collaborative team environment with a student centered approach to learning. The ideal candidate will have a working and functional understanding of MUSER, day treatment services, and the integration of behavioral health services with educational services.

- Ensuring regulatory compliance, including both student programming and administrative oversight.
- Provide support of educational services to northern (Chelsea and Cornville) day treatment programs.
- Aid in providing "central office" school functions such as coordinating State Assessments, MDOE certifications, aiding in annual school approval, MDOE program reviews, and curriculum development and design.
