Description: Middle School Social Studies Teacher to begin FY 24-25 School Year
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly qualified teacher who is committed to student success with the ability to teach Middle School Social Studies. An ideal candidate will have an understanding of or familiarity with the Art and Science of Teaching while thriving and contributing to the strength of our school and community. Winthrop Middle School is a high performing school with a student-centered, professional staff. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with members of the Social Studies Department.
Qualifications: Preferred candidate will hold or be eligible for the appropriate State of Maine Certification.
