Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support roles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms (e.g., learning management systems, productivity suites, educational software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
- Dedication to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Google Certified Educator are a plus.
