Falmouth Elementary School is seeking a highly motivated individual to support our elementary learners as a full-time, K-5 building substitute.  The role of a building-based sub changes daily and is determined by our front office staff who fill the teacher/educational technician absences each day.  The ideal candidate demonstrates enthusiasm working with students and is flexible.  They would be willing to support classrooms, small groups, individual students, and possibly fill in as a long term substitute, if needed.  The candidate(s) would be able to demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and a willingness to connect with students and teachers. Prior experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.

Built in 2010, Falmouth Elementary School (approximately 900 students K-5) is housed in a state-of-the-art building located on our 100 acre district K-12 campus.  Our campus features extensive fields, trails, gardens and hoop house, and opportunities for collaboration between schools.  Over the past three years, each of our three schools in the district has been a recipient of the National Blue Ribbon Award:  student achievement is exemplary and the community takes great pride in all academic, co-curricular, and athletic accomplishments.
