The Davenport School, an experiential based, private special education/residential intensive treatment program located in the heart of the White Mountains is looking for a year round Education Coordinator to join our team. The Davenport School is a special education school serving adolescents ages 11 - 21.
A Master's degree is required with a certification in Special Education Administration with at least five years' experience. Experience with student population with mental illness is preferred. The candidate must have a working knowledge of the Department of Education rules and regulations and curriculum development. The job duties include oversight of NFI North Master Plan and associated supervision of teaching staff, assessing new referrals, development, coordination and mainenance of services, IEP and placement of all students. Salary range is $50 - 55K.
