TITLE: TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATOR
QUALIFICATIONS: Teacher certification and knowledge of technology
integration into the classroom; K-12 teacher
certification with a computer endorsement preferred.
REPORTS TO: Director of Educational Technology and Building Principal
LOCATION: School Based
REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in the development and implementation of a plan to facilitate faculty integration of technology into the curriculum, including software evaluation.
- Encourages and assists staff in the use of technology for instructional and classroom management purposes, as appropriate.
- Provides both formal and informal technology training, in conjunction with district technology integrator.
- Provides direct instruction to students.
- Assists in the development and implementation of technology-related staff development activities.
- Assists in the investigation and recommendation of new/emergent technologies, specialized hardware/peripherals, and software.
- Evaluates hardware and/or software issues and takes or recommends appropriate corrective action.
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Director of Educational Technology, Building Principal and/or central office administrator.
- Consults with the Director of Educational Technology.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Teacher Contract

This is a 2 year position.
