TRI COUNTY TECHNICAL CENTER

We are lookig for a skilled and dedicated Welding Instructor to join our team and train the next generation of welders. As a Welding Instructor, you will teach students various welding techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards. 

 

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive lesson plans and training materials for welding courses.

Demonstrate welding processess and provide hands-on instruction in welding labs.

Ensure safety compliance and promote best practices in welding operations.

Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to support their skills development.

Assist with job placement and career guidance for students entering the welding industry.

 

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in welding, including proficiency in variuos welding techniques.

AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent credentials.

Teaching experience or a  teaching certification is preferred but not required.

Strong organziational and time management skills.

Commitment to promoting excellence in welding education.
