Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide district-wide consultation, supports and services for students with behavioral challenges.  BCBA with experience working with students with significant disabilities preferred.  Applicant must be skilled in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans and collaborating with school staff to provide therapeutic service. 

The BCBA position performs a myriad of tasks such as:
*Developing treatment referral packets and consulting with Portland's Collaborative Support Services Outreach Program to transition students from restrictive settings back to  their neighborhood schools
*Participating in Section 28 Mainecare billing by reviewing and approving Individual Treatment Plans; developing data collection systems for goals; providing four hours of supervision/training for day treatment staff per month
*Providing academic support (rethink program) for Functional LIfe Skills Programs 
*Providing BCBA consultation for students identified as students requiring special education 
*Writing treatment plans, creating data collections systems, modeling implementation of intervention, followup and modifications
