Part-Time Ice Arena Assistant
North Yarmouth Academy seeks a part-time Ice Arena Assistant. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Experience with skate sharpening and Zamboni driving is a plus but not required. Includes evening and weekend shifts.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining a quality sheet of ice
- Safe and efficient driving and cleaning of the Zamboni Ice Resurfacer
- Assisting with daily activities, keeping on schedule
- Skate sharpening
- Maintaining arena’s cleanliness at optimal levels
- Exhibiting superior customer service
- Performing other related duties as directed by the NYA Rink Manager
