Job Title:   Special Education Extended School Year Services (ESY) Teacher 
 
Date Available: July 1, 2024 to August 8, 2024
 
Description:  Special education teachers needed for Scarborough’s Extended School Year K-5 Functional Life Skills program.  This program will start on 7/1/24 and will end on 8/08/24; up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include planning and delivering academic instruction for students in the areas of reading, writing, and math; working with program Ed Techs and grading of IEP goals at the conclusion of the program.


Qualifications: Maine DOE Certification Endorsement 282, K-8:Teacher of Children with Disabilities

Maine State Law requires ALL school employees to be fingerprinted and pass a Criminal History Record Check (CHRC).
