The Westbrook School Department is seeking a permanent, full-time Alternative Learning Ed Tech III at Westbrook Middle School.
About the position:
WMS is seeking an energetic, positive educator dedicated to working with early adolescents as a member of a strong student support and administrative team. WMS has four student liaisons who work with students in a restorative justice model in the WMS Student Success Center. Students in grades 5-8 access the Student Success Center as part of their break plans, in-school suspension, restorative action plans, tutoring plans, etc. The chosen candidate will be interested in creating strong, supportive relationships with students and in working closely with teachers and other staff in developing plans that will help students be successful as they progress through their school day and school year. Maine State Department of Education Ed Tech III certification required.
