Pay: Range is $19.00-28.00 per hour, DOE

About the Position
We are seeking Education Technicians (Ed Tech I, II, or III) who are student-oriented, positive, and dedicated to helping children thrive.
As an Ed Tech at Atlantic Academy, you will:

Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and clinicians to implement individualized academic and behavioral plans

Support students in developing social, emotional, and behavioral skills through positive, trauma-informed strategies

Incorporate mindfulness practices and outdoor learning experiences into the school day

Assist in classroom routines, small group activities, and outdoor exploration
What We’re Looking For

Valid Maine Department of Education Ed Tech certification (I, II, or III)

Experience or interest in working with students with behavioral or emotional needs

Team-oriented, compassionate, and dependable

Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment

Must pass a background check
(BHP certification a plus — training available for qualified candidates.)
