Saint James School is a small prekindergarten through eighth grade school located in the heart of Biddeford. Teachers are caring and devoted, working together to provide the best educational opportunities for their students. Teachers differentiate instruction so that each student can work to their fullest potential. The entire student body attends mass every Wednesday. It is a really special place to work!
The opening is for a 4th grade classroom teacher that has their fifteen students most of the day, teaching literacy, math, science, social studies and religion. Students attend a separate STREAM (Science-Technology-Religion-Engineering-Art-Math) class, PE class, music class, art class, library class. Students are given a spelling inventory, DRA and take the NWEA to drive instruction.
