The Collaborative School has openings for Education Technician III/Behavior Health Professionals.

The Collaborative School specializes in the treatment and education of students in grades K-12 with mental health diagnoses including mood disorders, complex trauma, autism, and attachment disorders. Staff at The Collaborative School receives cutting edge professional development opportunities in innovative practices and approaches in both mental health and education. Staff is encouraged to advance professionally in the fields of social work, psychology and/or education through advancement opportunities, course reimbursement and future internship placements. 

Qualifications: Must have bachelor`s degree or a minimum of 90 credit hours. Must hold or is eligible for State of Maine Ed Tech III certification, and an interest and ability to work effectively with children with emotional disabilities. Behavior Health Professional Certification a plus, however we supply training for BHP Certification if not already BHP Certified.
