Community Concepts’ Family Services Department is seeking a Full Time Clerk based out of Lewiston. The clerk is responsible for general office duties, including but not limited to: answering phones, data processing, accurate filing; providing support to staff, Managers and the Director; social media support; event support; referral/intake/waitlist support; class registration support; etc. This position will serve as a program representative by maintaining professionalism and ensure confidentiality by holding and maintaining all customer/employee information in the strictest of confidence while meeting all contract requirements. This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with occasional evening and/or weekend hours required. Qualifications: High School diploma or G.E.D. required; office administration experience and/or a minimum of 12 related college credits are required. Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Other Requirements: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills; ability to multi-task and be flexible; good math skills; a valid driver’s license; telephone; computer/word-processing skills, preferably Microsoft Office; ability to function autonomously and as part of a team. Pre-employment SBI, DMV, DHHS, sex offender and federal debarment background checks must be completed upon offer of hire and as a condition of employment.
