Oracle Cloud Change and Release Management Analyst


Full-time, Regular, Exempt Position

 

The University of Maine System (UMS) is accepting applications for an Oracle Cloud Change and Release Management Analyst. The Oracle Cloud Change and Release Management Analyst is responsible for working with key stakeholders throughout the University of Maine System to ensure the continued service delivery of the Oracle Cloud Human Resources (HCM) and Finance (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the principles of change and release management for cloud-based software-as-a-service applications within an enterprise environment. This role will work closely with functional area subject matter experts and IT stakeholders to evaluate and deploy new features and functionality within the Oracle Cloud systems, as well as reviewing impacts on existing business and technical processes. The ideal candidate will also have a broad understanding of key finance and human resources business processes (e.g., procure to pay, recruit to hire) and how technology and business processes can be used in coordination to find efficiencies within the University of Maine System.

 

This position supports fully remote or hybrid work schedule. Office space on a University System campus location can also be provided, if desired.

 

At this time, we are unable to support a Visa sponsorship.

 

This is a full-time position with a typical starting salary, commensurate with experience, of $60,000 to $65,000 plus a 10% employer contribution to the UMS retirement plan. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and tuition waiver programs for employees and dependents. The US:IT Service Delivery and Support team is comprised of IT professionals dedicated to meeting the needs of the students, faculty, and staff of the University of Maine System. Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Related experience working with Oracle Cloud or similar enterprise applications or process improvement experience within finance and/or human resources business operations.

 

Preferred:

Experience in Higher Education.
