Milo Elementary School

MSAD #41 is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized individual to work as Secretary in the Milo Elementary School.

 Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of post-secondary education preferred
• Experience working with children preferred
• Secretarial experience a must
• Knowledge and practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Access, and Quickbooks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and work cooperatively and collaboratively with other personnel
• Maintain confidentiality of staff and students
• Flexibility
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
