Full-Time Gifted & Talented Teacher (Grades K-8)
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must hold a Gifted and Talented Teacher Certification (690) endorsement and have a current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check prior to employment.
REPORTS TO: Building Administrator
JOB GOAL: To provide advanced instruction to Gifted and Talented students.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: School year salary and benefits as established by the Winslow School Board.
DESCRIPTION: Winslow Public schools seeks a student-centered and dynamic Gifted and Talented teacher to work with eligible elementary and middle school students. This is anticipated to be a full time position that will start at the beginning of the 2024 school year.
EVALUATION: Performance of this position will be evaluated yearly in accordance with Board
policy on Evaluation of School Personnel.
