Education Technician II -Winslow Elementary School

Winslow Elementary School is seeking an energetic, student-centered education technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating and supporting a joyful, inclusive, and rigorous learning environment and will collaborate closely with dedicated teachers to support the academic and social-emotional growth of some of our youngest learners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct small group or one-on-one student activities under the supervision of the classroom teacher.
• Foster a safe and supportive classroom community where every student feels a sense of belonging..
• Maintain strong, positive partnerships with teachers and staff to support student success.
• Assumes other duties reasonably assigned by the principal

Qualifications

• Valid certification.
• Early elementary education experience is preferred.
• Experience with a variety of elementary level curricula and teaching practices is  preferred.
• A commitment to continuous professional growth and collaborative practice.
