Speech Language Pathologist Manager

Boothby Therapy Services is looking for a:

• speech-language pathologist

to join our team in the unique and challenging role of Related Services Manager. This is an in-person position in Maine. Candidates must be in or willing to relocate to Maine.

In this position, candidates must teach, lead, and hold service providers accountable for delivering the highest quality of school-based services. Related Services Managers are also responsible for in-depth data analysis, creation of budgets, interfacing with school clients directly, and detail-oriented tasks related to the business.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Minimum of five years experience in a school setting
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain SLP license for state of Maine
• Additional certifications (e.g., BCBA, ATP, CAGS) are a plus
• A strong commitment to the goals and Mission of the company

• Possesses a strong grasp of special education systems
• Demonstrates consistent excellence in intervention, goal writing, and diagnostics
• Experience working with students with a variety of diagnoses as well as a range of ages
• Experience supervising/mentoring others
• Has knowledge, skills, and experience working with students with autism
