The University of Maine at Augusta is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Lecturer of Dental Health located on the Bangor Campus. This is a three-year fixed-length, academic year appointment from September 1, 2024, through May 31, 2027, The major duties for this appointment include but are not limited to, teaching and advising students. Teaching assignments may include didactic, preclinical, clinical, and laboratory teaching in the Dental Hygiene Program. Some in-state travel may be required to our Lewiston clinic to supervise students. UMA faculty are expected to be:

Additionally, the successful candidate will be active in university service through student advising, curriculum development, committee activity, community outreach, and scholarly activities, as appropriate to the appointment. This appointment may be extended for one year if needed.
Salary: A typical salary for this academic year appointment is in the low 50's and is commensurate with qualifications and experience
