Anticipated Special Education Bus Driver

RSU 63 is seeking a Bus Driver to transport children who have special needs and/or behavioral challenges to and from school in the mornings and afternoons.

Experience transporting students who have special needs and/or behavioral challenges preferred.

Candidates must have a current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check prior to employment.

• Anticipated for School Year 2024-2025
• Monday through Friday 
• 25 hours to 35 hours per week, Split Shift
• Field trips and sport trips possible.
• Estimated hours 6:15 Am to 8:30 Am and 2:45 PM to 4:30 Pm
• $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid holidays 

Requirements:

A valid Class B with passenger and school bus endorsement license is preferred, but RSU 63 is willing to train the right candidate.
