Half-Time Firefighting Instructor
NPT Region III is seeking a half-time instructor for our Firefighting program.
Our Firefighting program will be a one-year program focusing on teaching students the skills needed for a career in the firefighting field, including Firefighter 1 and 2 certifications.
The ideal applicant will have strong organizational skills, care about young people, and want to build a program that will challenge and inspire students to be leaders of tomorrow.
Prior firefighting experience and successful completion of Firefighter 1 and 2 certifications are required. Candidates must be willing to earn a CTE teacher endorsement from the Maine Department of Education.
