Your role:

• Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs
• Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for infants and toddlers
• Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families
• Assuming responsibilities for primary caregiving to ensure continuity of care
• Coordinating the daily operations of the classroom while supervising the activities of 1 or more staff members

Qualifications: The successful candidate will:

• Have an Infant/Toddler CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred)
• Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families and supervising others preferred
• Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs
