Qualifications:

• 282 certification - Required
• Previous experience programming and planning for academic, social/emotional, and mental health needs of high school students with
• disabilities - Preferred
• Previous experience working with students with academic and behavioral needs - Required
• Ability to write quality IEPs in a timely manner - Required
• Ability to co-write and follow behavioral plans - Preferred
• Ability to lead a self-contained/supported program team of educational technicians and service providers to ensure the IEP is followed appropriately
• Demonstrated ability as a clear and effective communicator with students, staff, and parents
• Demonstrates flexibility, organization, and time management skills
