The Clinician will be responsible for providing clinical consultation to the targeted case management program and special purpose programs, providing direct family support through social work services and/or family therapy and center-based treatment programs. Additionally, the Clinician will provide intensive therapy and support to children and families using a strengths-based outcome-oriented approach to include the following:
- Develop therapeutic relationships with at-risk children and families.
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidenced-based outcomes-oriented approaches.
- Collaborate with other providers
- Complete mental health assessments and individual treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health Professionals
- Participation in clinical reviews, team meetings and trainings.
Master’s Degree in human services, social work, counseling, or psychology and Maine licensure required (LCPC, LMSW-CC, LCSW preferred). The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and have strong oral and written communication skills. Position requires excellent time management, clinical, and program management skills.
