We are looking for a motivated, dynamic school leader who will bring continued growth to Lee Academy, a semi-private rural high school that serves one hundred plus day students from the local communities and 30 plus boarding students, most of whom are part of a post graduate sports program. The Head of School position includes effective faculty and staff development, student supervision and the implementation of a multi-tiered student discipline policy, budget development and management, and all other duties assigned as the school principal. However, first and foremost the head of school is the educational leader for the school, which requires developing and maintaining a strong curriculum and evaluating its continued effectiveness. This position requires the candidate to be conditionally eligible for Maine School Principal and CHRC.
