Calais School Department is now accepting applications for
Substitute Kitchen Staff Member, Calais Middle/High School
Details: Hours: 6:30 am-1:00 pm, Monday—Friday, additional coverage may be needed for vacations, sick days, and call-outs
Duties:
- Cross-train on all positions
- Lunch is from 10:30-12:30, following that is cleaning, sanitizing & documenting
- Hot Lunch: Prepare and serve 160-180 students on the hot side
- Ala Carte: Cook, serve, prep cold items, and take money
- Attention to detail is required due to time and temperature checks
- Having a ServSafe certification is a plus
- Must have own transportation
