KidsPeace National Centers of New England has an immediate opening for an Applied Behavior Analyst Coordinator to work at its school located in Old Town, ME. The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Coordinator supports the BCBA with planning, developing and monitoring behavioral interventions and other supports being used for the treatment of education-only (ages 3 through 20) clientele with diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges.  The ABA Coordinator works directly with direct service staff to ensure the highest quality of care is being provided effectively and consistently across settings.  The ABA Coordinator assists the BCBA with primary functions such as assessments, data collection and entry, observation, reporting on progress, supervision and training.

This position requires the ability to lead, communicate, develop and multitask, while possessing an unwavering commitment to compliance and the ability to continuously assess and manage ongoing developments and concerns of client care.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is required.  Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.  Actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is strongly preferred.
