Lead Secretary
Gray/New Gloucester - Russell School


MSAD15 is seeking a dynamic candidate to fill the Lead Secretary position at our Russell School. This full-time, year-round position requires the facilitation of main office operations independently. Viable applicants must be able to communicate in a friendly manner with students, families, and MSAD15 district staff. The appropriate individual will work closely with administration, manage school and district data, and be responsible for the collection and upkeep of student and school records. Candidates will actively use Profund software to organize and place supply orders and maintain the accounting role for our school-based accounts. Along with the essential skills and knowledge for this position, the successful individual will have strong organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a busy office setting. Finally, applicants must have a very strong command of technology and be innovative in the creation, distribution and collection of electronic materials.
