Messalonskee High School Band Teacher

Qualifications:

• Holds current Maine State Criminal History Records Check
• Certification:  Must possess or be eligible for appropriate Maine Department of Education teacher certification.

Description:  
RSU 18 is seeking a full-time high school band teacher at Messalonskee High School.  The position is responsible for instructing students in the field of instrumental music and creating a safe and orderly learning environment. Position motivates students to develop an interest in and an appreciation of the art of music. Position develops knowledge, skills, and talents of students in the field of music, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques appropriate to students’ interests and abilities.
