MSAD #53 is looking for 2 ed. tech I applicants who are caring, compassionate and patient to join the special education team at Vickery School to work with grades 1-4 and at Warsaw Middle School to work with grades 5-8. Students in this program have a wide variety of academic, functional and behavioral needs. The successful candidates will closely collaborate with the special education teachers to manage student behaviors and behavior plans as well as support students in the regular and special education setting in both small groups and one to one to meet students' unique needs.
Candidates much have an ed. Tech I authorization or be eligible to apply for authorization through the Maine Department of Education and must be fingerprinted through the Maine Department of Education. These are part time positions (29.5 hours per week). Hourly wage is per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
