We are a therapist-owned pediatric practice seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. Our focus is not only on delivering high-quality services to children, but also on creating a workplace where clinicians feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.

What Your Role Will Look Like:

Provide pediatric physical therapy services in a clinic-based setting

Support children with gross motor delays, strength and balance challenges, mobility needs, and functional movement goals

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, families, and clinical leadership
-
Build meaningful relationships with children and caregivers
-
Complete documentation with realistic expectations and dedicated support
