Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have a ME Teacher Certificate with a 282 Endorsement.

Description: 

Come join our team of collaborative educators!

This position is responsible for teaching students with emotional and behavioral needs in a team environment. Students are in both regular education and special education classrooms for parts of their day. Educational technicians are a critical part of this team and support students in all settings as needed.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Create and implement IEPs
• Execute positive behavior support plans
• Collect behavioral and academic data
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
• Supervise educational technicians
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and adapt curriculum
• Provide specially designed instruction to students in the core curriculum when needed
• Certified in Safety Care
