Human Resources and Benefits Specialist. This postion is full-time and year round.
Description: MSAD 52 serving Greene, Leeds and Turner seeks a Human Resources and Benefits Specialist to join Business Office team. This is a new position available for immediate hire. The position will work closely with the Business Manager and Payroll Specialist to serve our staff of over 400 employees. Job duties will focus on compliance reporting, processing new hires including employee benefits, benefits management and communications.
Qualifications: Seeking a candidate with knowledge of HR laws, policies and procedures as they pertain to employment law, benefits and insurance.
- The successful candidate will have excellent organization, teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel required. ADS Profund experience a plus.
- Maine State Law requires ALL school employees to be fingerprinted and pass a Criminal History Record Check (CHRC). A copy of your CHRC MUST be uploaded as part of your application to be considered.
