Limestone Community School is seeking capable and reliable substitute personnel to join our team of elementary and middle school educators. Substitutes work in the absence of regular teachers and educational technicians, helping students to accomplish daily tasks and meet educational objectives.
Limestone Community School will become an independent school district on July 1, 2019. The school shares a beautiful facility with The Maine School of Science and Mathematics, an award-winning high school in Aroostook County. The Pre-K to 8 school is looking for innovative and creative people to fill its open positions and help develop a school that continues to do “what’s best for kids” with its existing veteran staff. The unique facility provides for a close-knit, nurturing and supportive environment for students to grow, learn and develop to their fullest potential.
Preference will be given to candidates with the proper certification and/or experience, but candidates that are “certifiable” will also be considered.
