Limestone Community School is looking for a half-time elementary Art Teacher.
Limestone Community School will become an independent school district on July 1, 2019. The school shares a beautiful facility with The Maine School of Science and Mathematics, an award-winning high school in Aroostook County. The Pre-K to 8 school is looking for innovative and creative people to fill its open positions and help develop a school that continues to do “what’s best for kids” with its existing veteran staff. The unique facility provides for a close-knit, nurturing and supportive environment for students to grow, learn and develop to their fullest potential.
The school is also looking for a half-time Music teacher and consideration will be given to one candidate filling both positions (creating a full time position) if a candidate is qualified.
Preference will be given to candidates with the proper certification and/or experience, but candidates that are “certifiable” will also be considered.
