Job Summary: Work in various classrooms (Infant through PreK) to assist teachers with projects, clean up, classroom management and cover lunch breaks. Substitute in classrooms when the Lead Teacher is off. Meet the needs of children including: diapering, potty training, hand-washing, dressing, basic first aid, meals, positive reinforcement/redirection, ensuring they feel important and loved. Effectively communicate with parents at pick up times. Be a self motivator and creative problem solver. Cleaning classrooms and other public spaces in our center. Must have a love for early learning and working with children!
